I actually just discovered my own favorite chocolate bar - Rapunzel brand, 70% dark... most delicious chocolate ever. It's still made with sugar, though, but at least it's organic sugar, right? lol. Though I have recently discovered Loving Earth raw chocolate, sweetened with coconut sugar, which is pretty awesome (though pricey). And fairyrade, organic... What's not to love? Yum!
